Women's Self-Defense Seminar to Combat Human Trafficking
Come learn some basic self defense skills and support a great cause! All proceeds will go to the Albany Advisory Council on Trafficking. This event is for ladies only, ages 13 and up. The seminar will be November 16th at 10 a.m., at Third Way Jiu Jitsu, 407 S. 21st Street.

Women’s Self-Defense Camp
Join us for our 2-day women's self-defense camp and gain confidence for our unpredictable world. Learn the exciting martial art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and have a lot of fun in the process! You will be equipped with skills to keep yourself safe in dangerous scenarios as well as have the opportunity to test your new skills in a safe and controlled environment with direct professional guidance.
The minimum age for participant's is 12 years old. This camp will take place Saturday July 20th from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., and Sunday July 21st from 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. at Third Way Jiu Jitsu in Laramie.

Kids Kickboxing Seminar
Join us for an action packed hour and a half long seminar for the Laramie youth. Kids are not required to have gear just a simple sign up. They will be learning a variety of martial arts and how they incorporate into professional level kickboxing. There are limited spots available, so please pre-register soon! Register HERE
Women’s Self Defense Class
Third Way Jiu Jitsu in partnership with Albany County Safe Project hosts a Women’s Self Defense Class. Come learn self-defense techniques while helping us donate to women in need. All proceeds go to the Albany County Safe Project. The class will be on February 17, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Michael Currier No Gi Seminar
Third Way Jiu Jitsu hosts Michael Currier of Impact Jiu Jitsu in Fountain Hills, AZ for a special seminar. The seminar will be November 11, 2023, from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
